Then proceed to visit to El Hussein Mosque which is the burial site of the head of the Prophet Muhammad's grandson. Then ending your tour by going to Khan el Khalili Bazaar which is one of Cairo's main attractions. You will find many souvenirs shops, coffeehouses "Café" serving Arabic coffee and offering Hookah or Shisha, and restaurants throughout the area.
