Upon arrival at Cairo Airport our Egypt Solay Tours representative will meet and assist you there with a sign with your name and escorting you to your hotel to stay overnight.
Our Egypt Solay Tours will pick you up from your hotel to go to Giza Plateau to visit the splendid 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, followed by a visit to the Great Sphinx (the Guardian of Necropolis), which dates back to the time of Chephren. The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world which still remains until today and back to 2560 B.C. Then moving to "Memphis" which is the first capital of ancient Egypt, it contains burials from much of Egypt’s history. This City Dates back to 3200 B.C. Then proceed to visit the Complex of Saqqara which belongs to King Zoser and his step pyramid 2680 B.C which is considered the first pyramid and memorial was built in Egypt and in the history. After your wonderful tour you will be transferred to your hotel to stay overnight.
In the morning you will check out and you will be transferred to Cairo airport to fly to Luxor. Upon arrival to Luxor airport, you will be met and assisted by Egypt Solay Tours Representative, who will transfer you to your Nile River cruise. Enjoy your lunch on board, after that you will start your tour by visiting Karnak Temple the greatest example of worship in the history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. Then the second temple on the east bank on the Nile River is Luxor temple which was constructed approximately 1400 BC. It contains the Avenue of Sphinxes visit the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis III. Dinner on board & Belly Dancing show. Overnight on Board in Luxor.
You will have breakfast, and then you will be picked up to visit the archaeological sites on the west bank of the Nile the Valley of The Kings, containing the masterpieces of the ancient Egyptian tombs. 2 Colossi of Memnon which are two gigantic sitting statues representing Amenophis III facing the Nile and then moving to Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only pharaonic woman who ruled ancient Egypt for 20 years. Lunch on board. Enjoy the folkloric show and start sailing towards Edfu and stay overnight on board in Edfu. Optional: 100 $ P.P flying in Hot air Balloon in Luxor. 45 minutes to watch the largest open-air museum. Enjoy the incredible view of landmarks, the Nile River, the temples of Queen Hatshepsut and Karnak during the sunrise.
Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sailing to Kom-Ombo. Lunch on board. Upon reaching the area you will visit the Temple shared by the two Gods Sobek & Horus in Kom Ombo, it was built during the Ptolemaic era. Afternoon tea. Dinner on board & Galabia party, overnight on board in Kom Ombo.
Breakfast on board and sailing to Aswan. Upon arrival you will Visit the High Dam, it contains 18 times the material used in the great pyramid of Cheops and it provides Egypt with water and electricity. The Granite Quarries & the Temple of Philae which its construction started during the reign of Ptolemy II and completed by the Roman emperors. Lunch on board. In the afternoon you will go in A Felucca ride around the islands of Aswan and Kitchener’s Botanical Garden where you will see different beautiful types of rare plantings and Elephantine Island which is the largest island of Aswan area. Afternoon tea. Dinner on board. Overnight in Aswan.
Breakfast on board. Then you will check out, then Departure to Abu Simbel by air-conditioned vehicle to visit the Temple of Abu Simbel. Then back to Aswan (roughly 3and half hours one way driving), the colossal Temple of Abu Simbel built by Ramses II and his wife queen Nefertari. It is believed that the axis of the temple was positioned by the ancient Egyptian architects in such a way that on October 22 and February 22 a statue of Ramses II can be seen in sunlight, the rays of the sun would penetrate the sanctuary and illuminate the sculptures on the back wall. These dates are allegedly the king's birthday and coronation day. Ramses II built the temple mostly to honor himself as inside there is a mural depicting his famous victory at Qadesh battle where his army defeated his enemies. Nearby lies the small Temple of the King's favorite wife Nefertari. After your fantastic tour to Abu Simbel, you will be transferred to Aswan airport to get the flight back to Cairo. Once you arrive to Cairo airport our Egypt Solay Tours representative will meet and assist you there, then escorting you to your hotel to stay overnight.
Our Egypt Solay Tours will pick you up from your hotel in air-conditioned vehicle to go to the Egyptian museum, you’ll see the spectacular treasures of King Tutankhamen and the extensive collection of Egyptian artifacts covering 5,000 years. Then we move on to Coptic Cairo to visit the "Hanging Church" which is the oldest church in Egypt. Then a visit to "Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church" where the holy family stayed in for 3 months during their journey to Egypt. And the "Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra" the oldest Synagogue in Egypt. Then you carry on visiting The Citadel of Saladin which was built in the 12th century, and you will be able to visit there the alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali. After your fantastic tour you will be transferred back to your hotel to stay overnight.
In early morning our Egypt Solay Tours tour guide will escort you in an air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria (about 3 hrs. Driving). First visit the Catacombs which were considered as one of the wonders of the Middle Ages, it dates to the 1st century and it's the largest Roman Cemetery and could contain 300 corpses. After that going to visit The Roman Amphitheatre which is one of the most popular monuments in Alexandria especially it's the only Roman Amphitheatre in Egypt and it dates to the 4th century. Then proceed to see the Qaitbay Citadel which was built on the site of the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria. Then to Alexandria library which was built on the site of the old library which was very famous along the ancient time with its huge number of books, now it could contain up to 8000,000 books. After your fantastic tour you will be transferred back to Cairo to stay overnight.
After Breakfast, you will check out and then you will be transferred to Cairo airport for final departure.
