Enjoy your Cairo Layover tour by going to Giza governorate to visit the pyramids of Giza, then going to Cairo Museum, the largest museum in the entire world, and watch the amazing Sound and Light Show at Giza Pyramids.

 

 

Highlights

  • Upon arrival to Cairo airport in the morning, Our Egypt Solay Tours tour guide will be waiting for you at Cairo airport with a sign to escort you to Giza Plateau to visit the magnificent 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, followed by a visit to the Sphinx. The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world which still remains until today and back to 2560 B.C. Then, you will go to the Egyptian Museum which was built in 1902 and it exhibits large number of items and treasures (exceeding 120,000 pieces of monuments) back to the ancient Egyptian time and Greco-Roman, you’ll see the spectacular treasures of King Tutankhamen and the extensive collection of Egyptian artifacts covering 5,000 years.
  • In the evening, you will be transferred to watch the amazing Sound and Light Show of Giza Pyramids, you will know about the ancient Egyptian civilization and the story of the Sphinx and Pharaohs for roughly one hour.  After that at around 8:00 pm you will be transferred back to Cairo airport for departure.
